Santana has 1st mound session since surgery (AP)

Santana has thrown off a mound for the first time since elbow surgery last Sept. 1 and said he felt good. The two-time Cy Young Award winner threw 24 pitches over six minutes on Tuesday morning, Jan. 26, 2010,  on the second day of the team's voluntary mini-camp in Port St. Lucie, Fla. It was his first time off a mound since Aug. 20.

New York Mets ace Johan Santana threw off a mound for the first time since elbow surgery last September and said he felt good.
